Located at 1432 N Street, the YWCA building was built in 1932. In 2009, the YWCA sold this building to local developers. According to Polk's City Directory of Lincoln, 1936, the State Journal Printing Company, located at 900-912 P Street, in addition to publishing morning, evening and Sunday editions of the State Journal, also offered printing, lithographing, steel and copper plate and photo engraving, and manufactured blank books.
